How delivery works

  1. 1Place your order and pick a time slot
  2. 2We assemble and pack it in Light Style branded packaging
  3. 3On delivery day the courier calls before leaving; their name and photo appear in the app
  4. 4The courier heads to you with live GPS tracking in your account
  5. 5Door-to-door delivery: the courier hands over the order and a receipt
  6. 6You receive a notification and a delivery confirmation photo

Instructions for the courier

  • When ordering you can add a note for the courier: «Call from outside», «Leave with security», «Intercom code: 123»
  • Office delivery: provide the company name and floor
  • Sending a gift: hide the price on the receipt by choosing the «Gift» option at checkout

Notifications

Notification chain (SMS, email and push):

  • Order accepted
  • Order handed to the courier
  • Courier on the way (on delivery day)
  • Courier calls before arriving
  • Order delivered with confirmation photo

Changing or cancelling delivery

  • Change address: possible until the PACKED status via support@ls.am (within the same delivery zone only)
  • Reschedule a slot: possible at least 2 hours before the slot starts via support
  • Cancel order: free while the status is PENDING or CONFIRMED

If you are not at home

  • The courier makes 2 delivery attempts, calling before each one
  • If the second attempt also fails, the order returns to the warehouse
  • Within 3 days, contact support to arrange re-delivery
  • Re-delivery in Yerevan is free
  • After 3 days with no response, the order is cancelled and refunded minus the delivery cost

Cash on delivery

  • Available in the Yerevan zone only
  • Maximum amount: 200 000 ֏
  • The courier carries change, but we recommend preparing the exact amount
  • If you refuse to pay on delivery, the order is returned and the delivery cost is withheld

Return via courier (Yerevan)

  • Submit a return request in your account under «My orders»
  • The courier comes within 48 hours in a convenient slot
  • Return pickup cost: 1 000 ֏
  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags

Return from the regions (Haypost)

  • Submit a request in your account
  • Take the item to the nearest Haypost office yourself
  • Write the request number on the parcel
  • Once received at our warehouse, the refund is issued within 10 business days

Tips for buyers

  • Keep the original packaging and tags until you receive and check the order
  • The contents of Light Style branded packaging are not visible from the outside
  • Save several delivery addresses in your account for convenience
  • If you do not recognise the courier, check their name in the app before opening the door
