Terms of Service

General provisions

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between LIGHT STYLE LLC (TIN 01056231; 77 Tsarav Aghbyuri St., Yerevan 0052, Republic of Armenia) and you as a user of the platform. Together with the Privacy Policy, they constitute the entire agreement between you and Light Style. By using the platform you accept these Terms. The Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, taking into account GDPR requirements for EU residents. The Armenian version prevails in case of any discrepancy between translations.

Registration and account

Creating and using an account is subject to the following rules:

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• One account per phone number; multiple accounts are not allowed.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
• Notify support@ls.am immediately about any unauthorized access.
• Keep your contact details up to date; Light Style is not liable if a notification fails to reach you because of outdated data.
• The account is non-transferable: it cannot be sold, assigned or handed over to third parties.
• Inactive accounts: after 24 months of inactivity we send an email notice; if there is no response within 30 days the account is deactivated and loyalty points are forfeited.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and when requesting a return.

Orders and prices

Ordering on the platform is subject to the following terms:

• The price is fixed at the moment the order is placed, not when an item is added to the cart.
• There is no minimum order amount.
• Order confirmation by email or SMS constitutes a contract of sale.
• If an item runs out after the order is placed, the order is cancelled and funds are refunded in full.
• Pricing error: if an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical fault, Light Style may cancel such an order with a full refund and notice to the buyer.
• Product descriptions and photos are for information only; colors may vary slightly depending on your display settings.
• Light Style guarantees that all goods are authentic and not counterfeit.

Delivery

Delivery of orders is subject to the following terms:

• Delivery is available only within the territory of Armenia.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• The courier service is responsible for damage to goods during delivery.
• You must provide a correct delivery address; if the address is wrong, re-delivery is at the buyer's expense.
• The courier makes 2 delivery attempts, calling in advance each time.
• After 2 failed attempts the order is returned to the warehouse; you may either request re-delivery (at your expense) within 3 days, or receive a refund less the delivery cost.
• Handing the order over to the courier is considered the moment of delivery.

Payment

The following payment terms apply:

• Currency: Armenian dram (֏, AMD).
• All prices include applicable taxes.
• Payment methods: bank card (IDBank), IDram, cash on delivery.
• Card details are not stored by Light Style; they are processed by IDBank and IDram.
• Cash payment is made when you receive the order from the courier; please prepare the exact amount. If you refuse to pay on receipt, the order is returned to the warehouse and the delivery cost is charged to you.
• Technical fault (payment went through but the order was not created): funds are refunded automatically within 5 business days and you are notified by SMS or email.
• Refunds for online payments take up to 10 business days, depending on your issuing bank.

Order cancellation

Cancellation depends on the order status:

• PENDING / CONFIRMED: instant cancellation with no penalties.
• PICKING: a cancellation request is reviewed by an administrator and is not guaranteed.
• PACKED and later: cancellation is not possible; contact support@ls.am.
• For online payments: refund within 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
• For cash payments: the courier does not hand cash back; the refund is made by bank transfer to your details within 5 business days.

Returns and exchanges

Return period: 14 calendar days from the moment the order is received (Law of the RA). A return is accepted if:

• the item has not been used;
• the original packaging, tags and seals are intact;
• the item is complete with all parts;
• there is no damage caused by the buyer.

The cost of return shipping for a voluntary return is at the buyer's expense. For a defective item or a wrong item (something other than ordered), Light Style covers the return shipping and provides a full refund or a replacement.

Items that cannot be returned (Law of the RA on Consumer Rights Protection):

• Underwear, socks, swimwear
• Cosmetics and perfume (once opened)
• Food products
• Jewellery that has been tried on
• Live plants and animals
• Custom-made goods
• Goods with a broken factory seal (hygiene items)
• Adult goods
• Toys and children's goods with broken packaging

Reviews and content

Only users who have purchased a given product may leave a review for it. By uploading a photo to a review you grant Light Style a free, perpetual license to use the photo on the platform and in marketing materials, and you warrant that you hold the rights to the uploaded photos.

Light Style may remove reviews without warning if they contain:

• Profanity and insults
• Personal data of third parties
• Advertising of competitors or third-party services
• Knowingly false information
• Threats and blackmail
• Duplicate content
• Material unrelated to the product
• Photos of third parties without their consent

When an account is deleted, reviews are kept but the author's name is replaced with "Buyer".

Loyalty program

• Loyalty points are not money and cannot be cashed out.
• Points may cover up to 30% of the order amount.
• Points cannot be transferred to another user.
• If an account is blocked for violations, points are forfeited without compensation.
• When an account is deleted, points are forfeited.
• Light Style may change the rules for earning and spending points with 14 days' notice.

Gift cards

• Gift card validity: 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards cannot be refunded for cash.
• Lost or stolen cards are not restored; Light Style bears no liability for them.
• The card balance is not convertible to cash.
• A gift card can be combined with loyalty points.

Promotions and promo codes

• The price is fixed at the moment the order is placed, not when an item is added to the cart.
• Using two promo codes at the same time is not allowed.
• A promo code and loyalty points can be combined.
• Light Style may change or cancel promotion terms without prior notice.
• Promotional discounts do not stack with other special offers unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

• All platform content (logo, design, photos, texts, code) belongs to Light Style.
• Copying, reproducing or using the content without written consent is prohibited.
• Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Prohibited actions

The following actions are prohibited on the platform:

• Using bots, scripts and automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Scraping data about products, prices or users.
• Commercial resale of goods purchased on the platform (grey market).
• Rating manipulation: fake reviews, mass complaints about products.
• Systematic purchases and returns with no intention to buy.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeat bonuses or to bypass a block.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the system.

Account blocking

• Minor violations: 1 warning, then a block on repetition.
• Serious violations (fraud, threats, chargebacks, hacking): immediate block.
• Active orders at the time of a block are completed as usual or cancelled with a refund.
• Loyalty points are forfeited without compensation when an account is blocked for violations.
• Appeal: within 14 days of the block, write to support@ls.am; we respond within 7 business days.

Limitation of liability

• Light Style's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
• Light Style is not liable for lost profit or indirect damages.
• Light Style is a seller, not a manufacturer; liability for product quality is governed by the Law of the RA on Consumer Rights Protection.
• The platform is provided "as is"; Light Style does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• In case of a technical fault caused by Light Style, the full payment is refunded within 5 business days.

Force majeure

The parties are released from liability in circumstances of force majeure: earthquakes, military action, pandemics, decisions of state authorities, internet outages. If force majeure lasts more than 30 days, either party may cancel the order without penalties, with a full refund to the buyer.

Dispute resolution

1. 1 Contact Light Style support (support@ls.am); we respond within 14 days.
2. 2 The Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the RA.
3. 3 The courts of the Republic of Armenia at the company's location (Yerevan).

Applicable law: the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Changes to the terms

We notify you by email 30 days in advance and with a banner on the site before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect means acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the new terms, you may delete your account and receive a refund for incomplete orders.

Final provisions

• Severability: the invalidity of one clause does not invalidate the rest.
• These Terms plus the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
• Your rights under the Law of the RA on Consumer Rights Protection take precedence over these Terms.
• The Armenian version is legally binding.
