Light Style Loyalty Program Terms

The Light Style loyalty program is a voluntary bonus program. These terms describe how points are earned, used and expire. In case of disputes, the parties rely on this document.
General provisions
- The loyalty program is a voluntary bonus program of Light Style.
- 1 point equals 1 Armenian dram (AMD).
- Membership is activated automatically when an account is registered.
- Points are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Membership
- A member is an individual registered on the Light Style platform.
- One account corresponds to one member.
- Transferring points between accounts is not allowed.
- The minimum age of a member is 18 years.
Earning points
- Points are earned for every confirmed and delivered order.
- The earning base is the order amount after discounts and promo codes are applied.
- Delivery cost is not included in the earning base.
- Points are credited within 24 hours after the order reaches the “Delivered” status.
- In case of a partial return, points are recalculated proportionally.
Membership tiers
The tier is determined by the member’s total spending over all time (excluding returns) and is upgraded automatically when a threshold is reached.

- The tier is upgraded automatically when a threshold is reached.
- The tier is not downgraded when activity decreases.
- Returns do not reduce the accumulated amount used for tier calculation.
Earning example
Order 20 000 ֏ (promo code −2 000 ֏) = base 18 000 ֏ × 10% (Silver) = 1 800 points.
Using points
- Points can be applied to any order at checkout.
- The minimum redemption amount is 1 point.
- The maximum redemption is 100% of the goods value in the order; delivery cost cannot be paid with points.
- Points are applied after promo codes and before the final payment by card or IDram.
- If an order paid with points is cancelled, the points are returned within 24 hours.
Points validity
- Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last purchase.
- Any new purchase resets the validity of all points, and the countdown starts again.
- After expiry, points are burned automatically without a separate notice.
- When an account is deleted, all accumulated points expire immediately and cannot be restored.
Restrictions
- Points are not earned on delivery cost, gift cards or the part of an order already paid with points.
- Points are not earned on returned goods; points credited for a returned order are deducted within 24 hours after the return is confirmed.
- Points are not combined with third-party bonus programs.
- Light Style reserves the right to cancel points obtained fraudulently.
Changes to the terms
- Light Style may change the loyalty program terms unilaterally.
- Changes are announced on this page with the date they take effect.
- Continued participation after the changes take effect means acceptance of the new terms.
Ending membership
- A member can end participation by deleting their Light Style account.
- Light Style may suspend or remove a member for violating the terms or abusing the program.
- When membership ends, all accumulated points are cancelled.
