Return conditions

  • No more than 14 calendar days have passed since delivery
  • The item is not in the non-returnable categories list
  • The item has not been used
  • Original packaging, tags and seals are intact
  • The item is complete with all parts
  • There is no damage caused by the customer
  • Photos of the item are attached

Non-returnable items

  • Underwear, socks, swimwear
  • Cosmetics and perfume (once the packaging is opened)
  • Food products
  • Jewellery that has been tried on
  • Live plants and animals
  • Custom-made items
  • Items with a broken factory seal (hygiene items)
  • Adult products
  • Toys and children's items with broken packaging

How to start a return

Yerevan (Light Style courier)

  1. 1Sign in → My orders → select the order → Return item
  2. 2Choose the items, state the reason, attach photos
  3. 3Get approval within 24 hours
  4. 4Pick a convenient slot — the courier arrives within 48 hours
  5. 5The courier inspects the item at your door and takes it
  6. 6Refund after inspection at our warehouse

Cost: 1,000 ֏ (deducted from the refund)

Exception: free for defective or wrong items

Regions (Haypost)

  1. 1Sign in → My orders → Return item
  2. 2State the reason, attach photos — get a request number
  3. 3Wait for approval within 24 hours
  4. 4Drop the item off at your nearest Haypost branch — write the request number on the parcel
  5. 5Refund after the item arrives at our warehouse

Refund amount

  • We refund the price you actually paid (including discounts and promo codes)
  • Yerevan zone: delivery was free — nothing is deducted
  • Regions, partial return: keep at least one item → delivery is not deducted
  • Regions, full return of all items: the 1,500 ֏ delivery fee is not refunded
  • Courier pickup fee: 1,000 ֏ is deducted from the refund (Yerevan)
  • Defective or wrong item: the full amount including delivery is refunded, with no pickup fee

Defective or wrong item

Received an item with a manufacturing defect or the wrong product? It's not your fault — Light Style covers all costs:

  • The courier comes free of charge
  • The full product price plus delivery is refunded
  • You can submit a request within 14 days of delivery

If the courier rejects the return

  • The courier inspects the item at pickup
  • If the item is damaged through the customer's fault → the courier returns it and the request is declined
  • You will receive a notification with the reason
  • If you believe the rejection is unfair → write to support@ls.am

Returning a gift

  • If the item was bought as a gift, the recipient files the return
  • The recipient will need the order number and the buyer's contact
  • The refund is issued to the buyer's account (the order owner)
  • Contact support: support@ls.am

Tracking your return

  • Every return gets a unique number (RET-XXXXXX)
  • Track the status in your account: My orders → Returns
  • Notifications at every stage: SMS + email + push
