Orders
Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your address, choose a delivery method, and pay using a convenient option. Learn more
Open “My Account” → “My Orders” and tap the order number. The main statuses are: Awaiting confirmation, Confirmed, Packed, In transit, and Delivered. Learn more
You can cancel an order until it reaches the “Packed” status — through your account or by calling an operator. After packing, only a return is possible. Learn more
Check your email spam folder. If there is no email, make sure the order appears in your account. If it does not, contact support.
Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient’s name and phone number in the “Recipient” field. You can also add a gift note.
The minimum order amount is 1,000 ֏. Orders under 5,000 ֏ may incur a delivery fee depending on the zone.
Delivery
We deliver to two zones: Yerevan (within a 50 km radius of the center) and Regions (the rest of Armenia). Learn more
Delivery is free for both zones regardless of the order amount.
Yerevan — 1 business day, Regions — up to 3 business days (Haypost). Yerevan delivery slots: 10:00–14:00 and 14:00–18:00.
Yes, for Yerevan. Place your order before 12:00 and choose the 14:00–18:00 slot at checkout.
You’ll get an SMS with the courier’s phone number 30–60 minutes before arrival. The “In transit” status will appear in your account.
The courier will call the number you provided. If you’re unavailable, they’ll schedule a re-delivery for the next business day. Contact support to reschedule.
Payment
Bank card (Visa/Mastercard, including foreign cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), IDram, and cash to the courier (Yerevan only, up to 200,000 ֏). Learn more
Yes. Payments are processed through IDBank — a PCI DSS certified processor. Light Style does not store your card details.
Yes. At checkout, select “Use points” — they’ll be applied first, and the remainder is paid by card or IDram. Learn more
Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard from any bank, including foreign ones.
Your card is charged immediately when you place the order.
Check your card details and balance, then try another payment method. If the problem persists, contact support.
Returns
Submit a request in your account: “My Orders” → select the order → “Return item”. Learn more
You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Underwear, swimwear, socks, tights, perfume, cosmetics, and food cannot be returned. Learn more
Returns are free — a courier will come and pick up the item.
After the item is received and inspected (1–3 business days). Refunds to a card take up to 5 business days depending on your bank. Learn more
Photograph the damage in front of the courier, refuse the delivery, or immediately request a return marked “Damaged in transit”.
Account
Tap “Sign in” → “Register”, enter your phone number, and confirm it with an OTP code. One registration per phone number.
Sign in with an OTP code without a password: enter your phone number, get the code, and log in.
Open “My Account” → “Settings” and edit your name, email, date of birth, and addresses.
“My Account” → “Settings” → “Delete account”. Deletion isn’t possible while you have active orders. Your data is anonymized per the privacy policy. Learn more
“My Account” → “Settings” → “Download my data” — you’ll receive an archive in JSON format. Learn more
Yes. Sign in with the same phone number on any device.
Loyalty program
1 point equals 1 ֏. Points are earned for every confirmed order. Learn more
Bronze (0–299,999 ֏ in purchases) — 5% of the order, Silver (300,000–499,999 ֏) — 10%, Gold (500,000 ֏ and up) — 15%.
At checkout, enable “Use points” — they can cover up to 100% of the amount.
Unused points expire 12 months after your last purchase.

No. When you return an order, the points earned for it are deducted.
Gift cards
You can buy a gift card in the “Gift cards” section. Available values: 5,000, 10,000, 25,000, and 50,000 ֏.
At checkout, enter the card code in the “Promo code / Gift card” field.
No, only one card can be applied per order.
Yes. The card is applied after the promo code and points, before the final payment.
A gift card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Yes, within 14 days of purchase if the card hasn’t been activated.
